This press release only publishes the results for media outlets that had enrolled in the study as of the date of publication and whose cumulative audience share audience share The audience share, or market share of an event (programme, advertising slot, channel, station, etc.) is the ratio of the average audience for that event and the average audience for the media over the same time slot. This gives an indicator of the relative performance of a channel or station relative to their competitors. By default, it is the arithmetic mean, calculated by adding the values in the set and then dividing that sum by the number of values. During the survey period, from August 18 to November 16, 2025, and from January 19 to June 7, 2026, the news was marked by events likely to have an impact on television and radio viewing and listening habits:
On August 18, in Mayotte, Minister of National Education Elisabeth Borne met with elected officials and labor unions.
On the international front, U.S. President Donald Trump hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron, at the White House.
On August 19, Elisabeth Borne visited Réunion as Minister of National Education to mark the start of the school year.
On August 21, the Réunion Region Region Geographic division. Mainland France is organised into 13 administrative regions (INSEE regions - there were previously 22 regions). On September 8, Prime Minister François Bayrou failed to win a vote of confidence in the National Assembly, leading to the fall of his government.
On September 9, François Bayrou submitted his resignation to President Emmanuel Macron. Sébastien Lecornu, who served as Minister for Overseas Territories from July 2020 to May 2022, was appointed Prime Minister.
