Thank you for taking part in a survey conducted by Médiamétrie. The information collected through your voluntary participation is used as part of Médiamétrie’s statistical studies, including audience measurement, media usage and consumption analysis, and services relating to data qualification, validation, pooling and certification.

Interviewer Quality Monitoring and Training
During the survey in which you kindly participated, your interaction with the interviewer may have been monitored for quality assurance purposes.
This process works as follows: a quality control control All the operations implemented to verify the quality of information gathering: the work of the interviewers, the participation of the interviewees, progress against objectives, etc. Find out more specialist employed by Médiamétrie monitors the interviewer’s conduct, including courtesy, professionalism and compliance with the survey methodology. Once the survey has been completed, the specialist provides feedback to the interviewer on areas for improvement in order to support ongoing training and development.
The sole purpose of this monitoring is to ensure and improve the quality of the surveys carried out by Médiamétrie interviewers.
