Service Public radio stations include all stations operated by Radio France and RFI-Radio France Internationale.

Radio France: FIP, France Culture, France Info, France Inter, FRANCE MUSIQUE, ICI, MOUV'.

Private commercial radio stations include all local, regional, and national commercial stations.Private community radio stations include stations for which advertising accounts for less than 20% of revenue.

Other programs include foreign radio stations, other radio stations or unidentified stations, radio stations without legal status, and NSPs.

Musical programs : CHERIE FM FM In everyday language, the band of VHF frequencies between 88 MHz and 108 MHz, used for stereo radio broadcasting. AM: Average Audience Average Audience The average audience (or average audience rate) of an event (programme, advertising slot, channel, time slot, etc.) is the arithmetic mean of the cumulative audience for the different units of time measured. Depending on the accuracy of the survey, this may be a second, a minute or a quarter hour (in this case, we say average quarter hour). This indicator is interpreted as the average number of viewers/listeners during the event. It can be calculated by finding the ratio of Individual Viewing Time (IVT) for the event and the event duration. By default, it is the arithmetic mean, calculated by adding the values in the set and then dividing that sum by the number of values. These units may be physical persons, households, companies, municipalities, etc. The population serves as a sampling frame for selecting a sample, and as a basis for calculation of the extrapolations from the sample. CA: Cumulative Audience = Total number of people who listened at least once during the time slot or the day (5 a.m.–12 a.m.), as a percentage of the Population or in thousands.

DEA: Time Spent Listening per Listener Listener Someone who is listening to a radio station, an aggregate of stations or a coordination; this generic term can also be used for television (however, its preferred term is "TV viewer"). Find out more (in hours/minutes).

PDA: Audience Share Audience Share The audience share, or market share of an event (programme, advertising slot, channel, station, etc.) is the ratio of the average audience for that event and the average audience for the media over the same time slot. This gives an indicator of the relative performance of a channel or station relative to their competitors. Find out more (Market Share) = the proportion of total radio listening represented by the listening volume of a station, an Aggregate Aggregate Grouping together of basic entities with the intention of forming larger units. In radio, two types of aggregates have existed since 1991: - Aggregates by format: General Interest Programmes, Private General Interest Programmes, Musical Programmes, Speciality Programmes, Local Programmes; - Aggregates by status: Public Service Radio Stations, Radio France, Private Commercial Radio Stations, Private Association Radio Stations. Events During the Period

During the April–June 2026 survey period, from March 30 to June 28, 2026, the news was marked by events likely to have an impact on radio listening habits:

On April 8, the United States announced a 15-day ceasefire with Iran. On April 17, Iran announced the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. On May 26, Iran accused the United States of violating the ceasefire and threatened to retaliate. On June 14, Pakistan, acting as mediator, announced that Washington and Tehran had reached a peace agreement.

On June 17, the United States and Iran released the text of their memorandum of understanding.

On April 26, in Washington, shots were fired during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Donald Trump and his vice president were evacuated.

On May 5, an outbreak of Hantavirus was detected aboard a cruise ship in the Canary Islands. On May 11, a French passenger tests positive for the virus and is in critical condition.

On May 29, Lyhanna, an 11-year-old middle school student, goes missing in the Gers. On June 5, her body is found, and the prime suspect is charged.

On June 11 , the FIFA Women’s World Cup, co-hosted by Canada, the United States, and Mexico, kicked off. On June 26, the French team qualified for the round of 16 by finishing at the top of its group after a 4-1 victory over Norway.

From June 15 to 17, France hosts the G7 summit in Évian.

Starting June 17, France was hit by an exceptional heat wave. On June 23 and 24, several national heat records were broken, with temperatures exceeding 40 °C in many regions and a red alert extended to much of the country.

• Interviews were conducted Monday through Sunday via cell phone and landline to maximize the likelihood of reaching the Population by phone.

Calls are made between 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.
