More than 8 out of 10 French people listen to audio every day and nearly all of them (96%) listen to at least one audio service each month. Among young people under 25, this habit has become second nature: 85% of them consume audio every day.
Radio remains central to this evolving audio landscape: 54% of audio listening time is devoted to it. Whether to listen to music or programs, radio is the first choice for the French.

Digital listening is growing rapidly and now accounts for 59% of time spent listening to audio, up 11% over the past two years. While those under 25 are the most avid users of digital services (85% of their total audio listening time), digital listening is growing across all demographics, particularly among those aged 50–80 this season (+16% over two years).
