In April, 25.8 million Internet users visited property websites and apps, which is 4 in 10 French people (40%).
The category thus recorded an increase of 11% compared to 2024 by attracting 2.6 million additional people.
Every day, 3.8 million Internet users visited brands in this universe, an increase of 16% in one year.
25–34-year-olds and people in higher income groups are particularly well represented on property websites and apps. So much so that 55% of them visited them during the month. However, interest in this category appears to be sustained regardless of age, since 53% of 35–49-year-olds and 52% of 50–64-year-olds consulted it during April.
In April 2025, 56.7 million people went online during the month, that’s 88% of the French population. Every day, 48.8 million of them browsed the Internet: that’s 1.6 million more people than last year.
On average, French people spent 3 hours 01 minutes online each day. Mobile phones account for 80% of their daily surfing time.
