Law for a Digital Republic
The law 2016-1321 of October 7, 2016, as amended, known as the Law for a Digital Republic, establishes, among other things, new rights to Information Technology and Freedoms and extends the powers of the CNIL. Are thus laid down :
- the principle of the control by any individual of his data
- the right of minors to be forgotten with an accelerated procedure for the exercise of this right
- the possibility for any individual to organise the fate of his data after his or her death
- the possibility of exercising your rights electronically.
