Point Value

Given that the average audience or cumulative audience numbers are usually expressed as percentages, the point value corresponds to one hundredth of the population of the target in question. This makes it possible to recalculate the number of individuals concerned. For example, since on January 1st 2021, there were 54,821,000 people aged 13 and over in mainland France, the point value on this target was 548,210. Another example: out of a population of 57,614,000 people aged 4 years and older and equipped with TV in mainland France (the reference population for TV audience measurement), the point value on this target is 576,140 individuals.
