IPTV

The broadcasting of TV programmes over a network controlled by the Operator using Internet Protocol (IP). Unlike OTT (Over The Top) broadcasting, IPTV uses the same internet infrastructure, but ensures quality of service by reserving dedicated bandwidth. Mostly, this encompasses linear television programmes broadcast via operator boxes, as well as catch-up TV and on-demand TV (VOD).
