Médiamétrie’s internet audience measurement provides a technical nomenclature. It is divided into 3 levels: pages, sub-fields and fields
The field is the top level: field.com
The sub-field is a subset of the field. The sub-fields of field.com are
all the URLs in something.field.com
Pages are a subset of the sub-field level. They are in the format:
something.field.com/something
