Date/Time Stamping

An operation consisting of precisely picking out the beginning and ending moments of any programme (or part of a programme) broadcast on television. By extension, the date/time stamping of a programme also consists in describing it by giving information on certain variables (genre it belongs to, national origin, name of the principal actors if a film, etc.).
